Excellent customer service, we had 2 bar stools delivered a few months ago which we love and look great in our kitchen however, last week so did our dog who managed to rip the chair all apart and pull all the foam out. I had a look on the website and you can only buy them in a pair and really didn’t want or need both of them, I emailed furniture box and after discussing the matter very kindly offered to sell me just the chair part of the stools, this arrived a couple of days later and saved money and the hassle of having a whole extra chair and a extra frame which we didn’t need. Would definitely recommend 100% on customer service and their products, will be using again in the future.

I have bought a table and four chairs from furniture Box 1st few months We wasn’t really using the chairs and a table. We had a coffee table we always use and it was from IKEA much better quality. I will be adding photos as well. I’m not really happy with furniturebox. Bad quality I don’t recommend to anyone. The table has yellow marks which you can’t wipe it off.

I ordered a dining set for the garden from here (via a third party website). The product arrived well packaged. Unfortunately at first delivery the instructions, bolts and a part were missing but upon informing them of this, the customer service team quickly responded and sent out the missing items within a week. I was therefore very happy with the after sales team. The product itself was easy to put together and the finished set does look very nice, with a modern look and feel. It finishes off my deck nicely. Overall very happy with product and service.

Ordered a table and chairs from this website first time ordering as recommended to me by a friend. I ordered wrong colour chairs by mistake (my mistake) and left it till over a month as I hadn’t moved in my home yet then realising chairs didn’t match my colour scheme I contacted funiture box via telephone and they were happy to collect the chairs I already had and deliver the colour I wanted next day. Was so quick and easy and the lady I talked to on the phone was lovely nothing was too much trouble, and I absolutely love the table and chairs great quality, comfortable to sit on and easy to clean. 5* all round. Great company to deal with.

Furniture Box is a company that values its customers. They replied promptly and cheerfully to problems with delivery and the instructions. I bought 4 dining chairs; they came flat-packed of course, but there were no missing parts; the legs are all the same lenght so the chairs are very stable; good looking chairs; perhaps the instructions could be improved a little to make clear how the seat is fixed to the frame.
